If you try to move the page with the  scroll bar, the Illustator gets stuck!! When will you fix it??

Hello @katerynat82034781,

Could you try performing a clean reinstallation of the Wacom drivers by following the steps shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/3Ejp9mq) and let us know if it helps?
Also, try disabling Windows Ink from the tablet settings, disconnecting the tablet, and using the mouse, and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you! I don't know what happened eventually, but it works now! After I reinstalled the drivers, the problem was still there, but it resolved after a couple of days. Thank you everyone!

Not heard of this issue before. Is this the document window scroll bars, or something else?

What OS and Illustrator version are you using? Does it produce any error message, or just hang?

Windows 11 and Ilusttator 29.4  No, it doesn't give any error message, it just stops reacting to anything else besides tablet pen/mouse. I mean, sometimes the only thing I CAN do is opening Task Manager with keyboard and closing Illustrator

Yes, it seems like the same probalem! I do use Wacom tablet and it does ONLY happens in Illustrtator and never in Photoshop or other Adobe software

Make sure both the driver for your Wacom tablet and the driver for your graphics card is up to date. I've experienced the scrolling issue on my home computer setup in the past (I have a Wacom Intuos tablet connected to it). I haven't seen the issue lately.
