Keyboard Increment Copy doesn't work

I'm quite new on Illustrator program but it's a couple of days that Keyboard Increment seem doesn't work like before.

After selection object with Alt key and arrow keys usually it copy the object at every step.

I have check snap to grid and snap to pixel but are disabled, any suggestion.?

How large is your increment set in the Preferences?

I set 7 mm

That looks like a large enough increment to be visible.

So selecting an object and keeping the Alt key down while clicking an Arrow key doesnot create a copy?
