Keyboard Increment (nudge) malfunction

Hello,

Dear community,

Unfortunately, since I've updated the Illustrator to the most recent version on a MacBook Pro (16-inch 2019), the Keyboard Increment assumed 1pt as standard and if I hit one space with or without holding the shift key it moves 10 times, and if I try to change the Increment nothing happens and the same value keeps in use even after resetting the preferences and resetting the software, I also tried to resent the computer and reinstall the software but the problem remains any tips or solutions?

Just checking that you did actually look at the keyboard increment in prefs?

Also, do you have a doc open? Maybe close docs, change prefs, then open doc...

The Problem Was Solved!
It was a malfunction with the file that I was working on.

I've created a new file and everything started working perfectly.

I figured that other functions started bugging as well.

Adobe Troubleshooting team helped me out with that. they're awesome!
