keyboard left, right, up and down not moving items

Hi,

using cc2019 for the first time.

i select items. and i tap the arrow on the keyboard to move things left and right, but things don't move. what is going on?

Ah there's the problem Just increment this value and you'll see movement again

Hey Jonathan,

Did this work in previous versions of Illustrator you've used? Or, is it the first time you work with Illustrator? There can be several problems I sometimes see people using the wrong arrows (for example the arrows on the numeric part of the keyboard). Another problem can be scale... Maybe you've zoomed out too much and don't see the items move?

it was working on cc2017, and 2018. today is the first day i work on cc2019. just upgrade 3 days ago. i am not on MOJAVE however,
