Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working with Mac Stage Manager

I recently installed Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1 and engaged the "Stage Manager" feature. While using this feature, I discovered that at least one of my keyboard shortcuts I make frequent use of in Illustrator was no longer working - Command+Tilde. Is this a known issue that others are having, and is there a fix? When I disengage "Stage Manager" the shortcut works fine. I'm not wedded to using "Stage Manager" yet, but would like to use it more before I decide if it's something I'll stick with, however, if there's going to be an issue with keyboard shortcuts that are part of my regular rhythm I will just forget using it at all.
