Know, which version of Illustrator is installed on Apple M1

How can I figure out, if the M1-native version of Illustrator is installed?
In Creative Cloud – see screenhsot – it shows me this: "Open (Intel)"
1. Does this mean, I have an Intel-version of Illustator installed?
2. How is the procedure to make sure an M1/ Apple Silicon version is installed?

 

Any help would be widely appreciated.

It also shows you, pointing to Open, Open (Apple silicon).
