Laser printing

Im using illustrator to print to my laser. When I go to print/setup I use to go into my laser dialog box . That is no longer happening. I am getting different dialoge box. Why is this happening?? How do i revert back.

Did you install a plugin for the laser engraver? In that case it might no longer be compatible with your current version and you would need to downgrade Illustrator or upgrade that plugin/driver.
