I am doing a trial of Ai and am having trouble accessing all of the hands-on tutorials.  It only allows me to do the first scene.  

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

Where are you getting the tutorials? https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/tutorials.html has a number of them and you should have no issues accessing them.

Hi Kevin, Are those the hands-on tutorials?  In the top left corner of the tutorial it says 1 of 5.  I don't know how to move to the next stage.

I purchased a Glowforge a year ago and have only used Silhouette business edition so far.  I wanted to up my game so I thought I would do a trial of Ai and see what I could do.  

I will give those a try.

I also have a Glowforge. I would focus on the pen tool basics to start.

Hi again,  I did the tutorials that you suggested.  those were the ones that I was trying to do yesterday.  Same issue.  How do I get to the next step in that particular tutorial?

I dont see the "steps" you are referring to. When I launch the tutorial it is a vertical scrolling step by step guide.
