Hi
I'm new to Illustrator, a simple beginner. I am a graphic design student. I want to learn to use Illustrator. Could you direct me towards (Tutorials, books in PDF, online courses, etc). I want an easy & simple way to learn. I went on the **scam email address** website but I feel that these ressources are not complete and are not what I'm looking for. Can anybody help me. It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If you are a student, what are you studying? What is your major? You might look at the school you are attending, there may be a user group you could join. If not, look for a desktop publishing course that fits into your schedule where you live. You could also take a look at your local bookstore and see if they have books on your version of Illustrator. I know of no online resources, but I am sure someone will chime-in with their recommendations ( linda.com, etc ). Narrowing down what you are looking for and letting us know would be helpful.

It's an online course in infographic design. There is no user as we have to learn on our own to create different projects business cards, flyers posters, etc. They teachning different techniques but not how to actually learn to Ilustrator. So I have to learn from scratch on my own. That's why I need a ressource that would help me as much as I can n the shotest amount of time possible

In that case I would recommend LinkedIn (it's not free, but might be available at your local library)
or get the "Classroom in a Book" if you prefer reading.

What about the Adobe Help section?
https://helpx.adobe.com/support/illustrator.html
there are detailed text explanations and quick video tutorials for your choice and comfort.

I would recommend Lynda.com.
these course will help you. And there is plenty of courses to branch into depending on what you want to master (textures, isometric, web UI design...so on)

I don't know if you are on Behance, but there is an Illustrator page or challenge that starts every 9 days or so. They have a daily live show (with a recording), a community chat, daily challenge leading to I think one big project and the ability to get mentor feedback. It is a great way to get beginner feedback! I have recommended this for my students in the past and this is a great way to get a jump start on learning.
