Library Disappeared After Account Inactivity: Help Needed

Hi,

Please help! My saved libraries from the last several years have disappeared. Due to illness, I didn't log into my account for 4 months, but everything was working before that. I followed all possible recommendations to get the libraries back — resynchronization, clearing cache, even tried switching between personal and business profiles, but the libraries simply are not there. Can you advise me if they can be found somewhere or what kind of error it might be?

I’ve tried this, but they don’t appear on either the personal or the library’s business profile. Is there any other option?
