Library in Illustrator going blank

Question

Does anyone know how to fix the issue of your creative cloud library going blank and staying blank after you delete an asset from it in illustrator 29.6.1?

Hi @dsgnby_sm,

I'm sorry to hear that your Libraries panel went blank in Illustrator. When you say 'blank', do you mean it shows no assets at all, or does it display an error message? Does it only happen in Illustrator or in other Creative Cloud applications, too?

To start, please try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app, restarting your system, and then signing back in to see if the Libraries load again. If that doesn't resolve it, you can check this related community discussion for solutions: https://adobe.ly/4mhGCMo
