Line Break - No Break if Name and push down onto next line -

Hi there! I hope someone out there can help us with a huge head ache we have... Currently, we use a block of justified text, this wraps the text down into lots of lines. However, the text is peoples names and we don't want to split their name between a line. So..we are hitting the space bar lots of times to get the name to go down on the next line...on every line..which obviosuly takes ages.  Each name is split by a character already.. but i can't find a way to automatically NOT split a name... 

I have tried the NO BREAK function on Character but the text all disappears..  I can't see anything that helps on the Paragraph seettings either..   
I am a complete novice on Illustrator tbh so i am hoping some experts out there can point me in the right direction please?!  Thank  you so much in advance.

Select the words you don't want to break and then in the Character panel menu select to "No break"
