Line weight disappears

Community Beginner ,

Hello!

I am an architect student working on a plan. I usally adjust line weights in illustrator after exporting the drawing from autocad or some other program. Everything looks good when I am in illustrator, but when I export it and open it in adobe acrobat the line weights are gone. I have tried upping the resolution without any luck. If I zoom in to 200% the line weights start to appear. The thinnest line I use is 0.15 and the thickest is 1, these should be easy to tell apart at 100%.

Any suggestions?

Andre,

There seems to be a contradiction between export and Acrobat, you Save (or Print if you must) to Acrobat.

Apart from that there is at least one setting in Acrobat that can wreck the appearance of lines (enhance thin lines). are you sure it is disabled?
