Linie thickness (only ONE line should be visible on export as pdf)

Hi.

When drawing a rectangular or circle and exporting is as pdf... then there are 3 lines showing up in my cnc machine software.
(the middle line and two other lines which indicate the line thickness)

Question:
What's the best way to have all objects shown as a SINGLE line with no line thickness?

What I tested so far:
I changed the line thickness to "0" but then I can't see the objects anymore.

    select the big circle

    menu: selection --> select the same --> fill and stroke (it's possible, because of the strokes are inside)

    stroke: none

    or select all

    and: flatten transparency (high resolution)

    pathfinder: unit

    but there are many other objects in this file which also have an appereance that should be expanded or flattened

    Hmm. When I create a rectangle (like rickwtexas and mjbelt said) it works.

    But I can't change the file a customer sent to me. OBJECT > EXPAND... "the EXPAND" is grayed out.
    There are other objects in this file which are ok.. only a single line when exporting it as a pdf.

    (Somehow I can't select the frame and the holes which are not filled seperately. They're grouped or so. But "ungroup" is also grayed out)

    Mir ist noch eine andere Idee eingefallen... denn ich bekomme ja nicht nur Illustrator Dateien sondern allen möglichen Schnickschnack mit die mit sämtlichen Programmen erstellt wurden die es gibt.

    Ich könnte mir ja ein PDF schicken lassen. PDF sieht irgendwie immer gleich aus.
    Nun habe ich PDF Wandler (es gibt sogar PDF online converter wie ich gesehen habe) gefunden.
    Die könnten von PDF in ein anderes Format umwandeln und es sieht gleich aus. Keine Ahnung ob das Sinn macht.
    Ich hab's mal von PDF nach TIFF gewandelt. (weil TIFF soviel ich weis verlustfrei ist?

    Somit könnte ich zumindest alle Formate umwandeln die später nicht weiss gedruckt werden müssen.

    Um weiss zu drucken muss ich auf jedenfall Innen und Aussenkonturen von Schriften und Flächen anklicken und ändern können, denn mein UV Drucker benutzt eine bestimmte "Schmuckfarbe" die dann später der Drucker als weisse Farbe erkennt und weiss druckt.

    Vielleicht gibt's ja auch doch irgendwo einen PDF nach PDF Wandler der so der alles so konvertiert das man direkt damit arbeiten kann?
    (ich habe ein PDF Konverter gefunden der direkt aus allem Konturen erstellen kann... angeblich... hab ich ausprobiert... tuts natürlich nicht) ;-)

    Wenn Kunden nicht in der Lage sind, sich an Spezifikationen zu halten, dann beibt nur, dass Du die Dateien so bearbeitest, dass es passt. Dann muss es eine Korrekturrunde geben, in denen das final abgenickt wird. Das kostet dann mindestens Zeit, aber wahrscheinlich auch Geld.

      Can't quite picture what you mean, but.. my experience with CNC/axis is that they prefer shapes versus lines with options. So... try this - create a rectangle with line weight, then go to OBJECT>EXPAND. No you have a shape to your specs.

      Marc,

      How about using a fill and no stroke (set Fill to a solid colour and Stroke to None in the Toolbox (bottom))?
