Hi @pplabel36297255rdgg,

 

I noticed you mentioned sharing a file and video, but I didn’t see any attachment for the file. Could you please try uploading the file again, so I can take a closer look at the issue?

In the meantime, make sure the linked PDF is at a high resolution, as low-res files can sometimes cause blurriness when tracing. Also, if you're experiencing performance issues, try lowering the preview quality in Illustrator for smoother tracing (let me know the observations). 

Could you also confirm which version of Illustrator you're using and share your operating system details?

hi,

here's the file and its illustrator 29.5, i cant upload illustrator file as
the system will auto delete it, so i using email to attach[image: image.png]

Thank you for sharing the files. I tested them on my end, but I was not able to reproduce the issue you described. Everything appears to be working normally here.

Could you please try creating a new Illustrator file, place the same PDF into it, and see if the issue still occurs? Also, kindly confirm if the file is stored locally on your machine or if it is saved to a remote location like a network drive, external drive, or cloud storage.

Moreover, you can share the original Illustrator (.ai) file by uploading it to a public cloud service like Dropbox, Google Drive, or any other platform you prefer. You can create a shareable link and post it here, or send it to me via DM in the community if the file is confidential.
