Hi, I created a 5-page PDF in 1080x1350 pixel format and would like to export it to create a LinkedIn carousel post.
What PDF format do you recommend I use?
When exporting, do not use "Save as", but Export or Save a copy.
The Illustrator default could work. You need to make sure to turn off "Illustrator editing capability" and make sure to not convert the color space.
You could also export Smallest file size. But if you have placed images, make sure to not compress them and not resample them.
LinkedIn will probably add its own compression. That is something that their algorithm defines.

thx Monika
I'm glad to see that I had used almost the same settings as you suggested.
However, I (mistakenly) thought of converting the PDF colors to some RGB space.

It needs to be RGB of course. I was thinking since you said you designed a carousel post that this already is in RGB.

yes, the document color mode is RGB.
I mean I was trying to convert from AdobeRGB profile to sRGB. I was expecting this can be possible when saving PDF file

This is possible in the color management settings.
I would rather set up sRGB for the new document. Then you can design with that in mind, because with some colors it can make a huge difference. You could just check out which workflow gives you the better results and then continue according to whtever you found out for the next documents.
