Live color preview

When I select an object I used to change the color and have a live preview before choosing it...why is not available anymore???

Using the color panel is not an option?

If you want an answer from Adobe staff, you might want to post at https://illustrator.uservoice.com

But probably even they can't or won't give you an answer.

Hey it is not a matter of color panel as an option...it is so much easier to adjust color when you are seeing changing in the context in the illustration, the worst thing is that always worked that way...they just messed up this version I think...but thanks...
