Locate Adobe's folders on Mac

Can someone help me find the folders for Illustrator in the iMac Library? I find it increasingly difficult to locate Adobe folders after version updates. For example, when I try to add a plugin to Illustrator's plugin folder, I can only see these options, see attached. I'm grateful for support!

You place plugins (.aip files) in the Plug-ins folder in your screenshot.
