Lock shortcut not working

Question

The (CMD+2) Lock shortcut all of a sudden is not working. REALLY ANNOYING.

I have tried resetting preferences, restarting mac and renaming the shortcut. All did not work.

I can change the shortcut to (CMD+3) and it works, but I can't for soem reason put it as (CMD+2) once I delete the shortcut.

I use this shortcut all the time, really frustrating that it now does not work.

Any ideas?
