Question

Logged in adobe could, but Illustrator keeps asking for serial key

Hi,


We are logged on the Adobe Illustrator account within the program, but it still asks for the serial key.

When asking the AI chat it tells me there is not active session on the email.

However when looking in account settings our plan shows all that we have, including Illustrator.

Please advice.
