Logo Issues

I'm working on re-coloring a logo for my company. Preview shows the logo perfectly. When I open it in AI, all the letters have lines and cuts through them that I can't remove. When I attempt to send individual letters to the back, they will disappear momentarily. If I change another letter, they will come back. This is only happening on my computer. Other co-workers can open the file and it looks perfect. I've attached an image file of it. Any ideas?

Might be an issue with your GPU. You may need to update the gpu or turn in on or off.

Click the rocket icon at the top of the window in Illustrator.
