Buenas!
Problemas.

You have turned off color management, which could be part of your problem.
The problem is that the color is different after export?
where do you open the exported image to check that?

Exactly what do you export? What kind of file, which settings?
Exactly in which app do you open it in order to check it?
With "Emulate Illustrator 6" you have turned off color management. Which means that something is doing something in the background, but you do not have any influence on it.

screen (77 ppi), anti-aliasing: type oiptimized(hinted).

First, turn on color management, choose any applicable preset for your region in Edit > Color Setings (even better, turn also the checkboxes for profile warnings on)
Second, check you Document Color Profile. It can be shown at the bottom of your document.
Remember that setting when exporting to PNG, Illustrator does not embed a profile in PNG's, you may want to add that after export so other apps will know what kind of RGB to display.

It is strange that you cannot save it (check if you have access privileges on your system), but clicking OK in the Color Settings should be good enough to change your settings.
Can you look at a document that gives you problems and check the Document Color Profile?
You can select it at the bottom of your document window:

It shows Untagged RGB.
That means Illustrator does not know how to correctly display or export the colors because the profile is missing.
You can try for documents that are missing profiles to assign one that works.
Try: Edit > Assign Profile and select sRGB.
But if that does not improve or when new documents still have an Untagged RGB, you may want to contact Adobe support who can have a look into your system.

Hello @Carlos36756452w836,
Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind creating a new document in RGB and copying your work from the original to the new document to see if it helps?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav
