Losing fidelity when sending artwork from Draw to Illustrator

Hi, I've created some artwork in Adobe Draw but when I send to Illustrator the artwork seems to be losing quality.  Here are some screenshots of the artwork once opened in Illustrator with circles around some of the issues.  I am using the "Open in Illustrator" feature to move from Draw to Illustrator.

I am also having additional problem when exporting from Illustrator as a PNG.  "Document Raster Effects Settings" are set at 300 ppi (last image).

Last problem I am having.  I have a Project on Adobe Draw on my phone with a number of sketches.  I added a new sketch to this same project that I created on my iPad.  Now I cannot open ANY of the sketches from the entire project on my phone.  When I try to, it says "this project was created with a newer version of illustrator and cannot be opened in this version".  All versions (phone, ipad, desktop) are up to date with the latest version of Draw and Illustrator.  Creative Cloud subscription is active and paid for.  Any ideas?

Thank you!

-Mike

Thank you.

The issues you have in the circles could be related to the GPU preview.

Try and View > Preview on CPU.

Hi Monika,

Thanks for replying.  I have tried that but when adding through the "insert image" button I get this error - "That image type is forbidden".  I am not sure why.  The files are less than 100kb, smaller than 900px, and I've tried jpeg and png.

I could try emailing them to you.  Not sure why google would want a login.  Please tell me if you can see them here:

Thanks,

Mike
