Losing part of text when imported

I created a file in illustrator, with text, I then export it as a DXF. When I import the DXF into Canvas Workspace part of my text is missing. All the text has been expaned and it is grouped. What am I doing wrong?

Switch to outline mode - is the text really missing or just converted to unfilled/no-stroke paths?

is missing.. with both the 2023 version and the 2022 version!

Sorry to hear about that. Would you mind sharing the Ai & DXF file here or via DM? We will check on our end.

Also, have you tried switching to outline mode, as Kevin suggested?
