Greetings Adobe,
I opened adobe draw only to find out that it has been discontinued without any prior warning :warning: . I am in shock right now because I can’t retrieve finished client’s projects that I have been doing for months.😔 i checked creative cloud :cloud: but still can’t find them in my mobile creations.
Moreover, i lost all my recent files when i tried migrating to Fresco.
I could only recovered very old works that I really don’t need.
Freehand Drawing on illustrator on ipad isn’t as smooth as drawing on adobe draw ✍🏽 please bring back ADOBE DRAW.
Looking forward to getting swift help from you, Thank you.

Hi, I am currently having this same issue and the link isn't working. I have 5 years of notes and sketches for my business that I cannot access.

They could be opened by older versions of Illustrator. Can you share one or 2 of those files? I still have some older versions and could try if I can open your files.

Thanks for the follow up. My issue is accessing the files. They aren't in my creative cloud drive. I believe they were saved locally in the Adobe Draw app or I just can no longer see them because Adobe Draw is no longer there.

That will then get difficult - Adobe Draw has been EOL years ago and there was quite a bit of noise around it.
@Anshul_Saini can you help here?

Hello @kyle12222,
Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind confirming if your files are available here (https://adobe.ly/3T40ZjX)? If not, the files are unrecoverable now; unfortunately, there is no workaround. We understand this may not be the ideal outcome, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance. We're here to help.
Thanks,
Anubhav

They are not. That truly is absurd that Adobe would discontinue you a cloud based product and give no heads up that the files would go away. I used Adobe Draw as my sketch book for years and kept ideas in it. It has drawings for work to sketches from trips to some of my daughters drawings. I would never have expected that from Adobe. Extremely dissapointed.

They did give heads up.
And there was noise around it everywhere in design blogs and also this forum. There was about 2 years time to download and convert your files (before the EOL and afterwards).

Flagging that I was in fact able to retrieve these files after talking to a Adobe specialist on the phone. While the files were not showing up in my drive (https://adobe.ly/3T40ZjX), I could see them on the home of the web link to the drive, so we knew they were somewhere. I was then able to go into Fresco and import the Adobe Draw files (bottom right of the home screen). One issue I had was that I needed to login to my admin account to do so (they weren't showing up otherwise).
