lost an Illustrator file but saved as PDF

Hi,

Illustrator crashed on my Mac, so I lost my document. However, I had saved it as a PDF just before. Is there a solution for work again from my PDF file on illustrator ?

When I open the PDF in Illustrator, my pages appear as a single block. I can't change anything on it.
