Lost data on Illustrator file after crash

please help!

My illustrator file crashed right after I saved the file and the computer battery died.

I charged my computer to find a blank document and all my work lost.

i looked at tutorials to recover my lost data, it has not worked.

I changed the location of the recovery data and now I don’t know where the old data was saved to on my PC.

I saved this file constantly, it feels impossible that it’s become this blank file.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    We are so sorry to hear that the content of the file is lost. File recovery can't be guaranteed with a 100% success, however, you can try the steps shared here: How to fix damaged Illustrator files

    If you have only resaved the file (same name, same folder, so the previous version is replaced with the changed open one), I am afraid that it may indeed be saved over with a blank file.

    You may have Adobe staff help you troubleshoot this on a live troubleshooting session. Please contact our support team at Contact Customer Care. They will be able to look into the issue on the live remote session.
