MacBook Pro keep freezing after Illustrator 2025 Auto update

Illustrator keeps not responding after the newer version up to date. Had tried to update to latest mac os problem still unsolved. it consumed a lot of memory, last time I could work on ps and indd together, but these few days I only can run ai at 1 time, and it would suddenly not responding, or auto shut down, now more worst is whole screen freeze and restart. and the recovered file always back to the beginning, even I had saved several times, but it still gone. please help!

Having so many issues with Illustrator now that I have updated my macbook. This is so frustrating with design deadlines knocking at my door. Please help.....

How much RAM is installed?

Did you already reset the Illustrator preferences?

 

When does it crash? What are you doing when it happens?

I have 32gb of ram. After upgrading the OS to Sequoiah, it started randomly crashing, but it hasn't happened since the most recent Adobe update.

its incredibly frustrating it happens to me every few minutes, especially after editing strokes... please adobe make this stop, i already tried to delte and download it again... nothing seems to work

I'm having the same problem. It's randomly crashing when I click my mouse. I report it every time, I'm surprised this isn't happening to many users, but no update yet.

Do you have the software Magnet installed? If so, turn it off
