Magic Wand not selecting all instances of a colour

Using Magic Wand, I've discovered it doesn't act as it used to. If I selected a colour in an object, it would select all instances of that colour on that Artboard. I've just tried that again and it only selected one instance. This is kinda what Magic Wand is for, no? It makes it impossible to bring colours under tolerance for printing.

What am I doing wrong? I can't possibly shift click on all instances of the same colour...

The behaviour is normal if all options are disabled.

You have to enable the desired section(s) and set the required tolerance.

What settings are you using in the Magic Wand palette?

Double click on the Magic Wand tool to open the palette.

All boxes are unchecked. I went through each box in a process of elimination and nothing seemed to change.
