Make default checked Use artboards.

We notice the "Use Artboard" check box when exporting. My recommendation is that when we export a large number of pngs or jpegs repeatedly, we should always use the artboard check box when exporting by default. This way, when we pick the artboard box, it will stay checked and become the default artboard for the subsequent export.
