Melting/dissolving text effect

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a way to create this effect for a text in illustrator. Should come as close as possible to the reference.

I hope someone might have a good idea! Thx in advance.

You could try the liquify tools.

In order to use them you would need to outline the text first.
