Menu Bar Items Won't Disappear, Floats on Screen Across All Computer Apps

Hi all,

When I select anything in a menu in any Adobe app (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat all do it), the menu item selected will remain, and it will still be there no matter if I'm in Chrome, spotify, desktop, etc. WnYpLrr.pngRQLCepj.png

Anybody have any similar issues, or know how to prevent this? It remains there until I put my computer to sleep, and is extremely intrusive when trying to get any work done in or out of the Adobe apps. I'm on Windows 10 (X1 Carbon 2018 Thinkpad).

Hi James,

I look like GPU rendering issue. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

Operating system(Exact Version of Windows/MAC)

Exact Version of Illustrator

Which graphics card you are using and when it was updated last time?

Thank you for your help! I found the issue: apparently it's an issue with the fading out of menu objects, and this can be disabled in windows.
