Missing drop shadow and glow effects

Hi there, I'm trying to put a drop shadow effect on an object in Illustrator, but when I go to Effect >> Stylize it only shows me Feather, Round Corners and Scribble.

Drop Shadow and Inner/Outer Glow have vanished. Does anyone have any idea what's going on, and how I can fix this

You could first try if a computer restart and/or resetting of preferences solves the issue.

If it doesn't: uninstall, run the Adobe Cleaner tool, reinstall.
