Missing font alert... but file has no fonts at all

Hi all! I create charts online then download them as SVG files. I open those in Illustrator, adjust them and save them. I've been doing this for years... probably since 2000. I know I've had this issue before, but I fixed it. And now I can't remember how I did! Basically, I download an svg file. When I open it, it alerts me that a font is missing (see screenshot "Font Problems"). Then I got to Type > Find/Replace Font... and it shows there are NO fonts in the file to change. So... what do I do? Or rather... what DID I do because I did fix this at one point. But I just got a new computer so I'm trying to figure out how to get back to what I was able to do before. Thank you!

OK, I figured out how I solved the problem a long time ago. I just installed the missing font. No more error message. Sheesh. Sometimes it's the most obvious solutions that elude me.

I'm getting the same message with charts in an .ai document and the fonts are installed. I've put them in font book, uploaded them to a folder in the Illustrator folder in applications. They work fine with all the other Adobe apps. I'm tearing my hair out! Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this?

Did you install them from Adobe fonts?

Can you share such an SVG document?

Hmmmm.... I just input numbers to create the pie charts. That code must be on the web site's side. I download different charts each time, so it would be more trouble to delete the code each time than to just skip the step regarding the missing font (unless I'm not understanding what you're suggesting I do).  But thank you for trying to help me. It's so frustrating... because I know I figured something out before. I should have written it down!

Correct. The online service creates it that way.

You could check out with them if it can be left out.
