Missing fonts in Illustrator on Mac

Just Had the same issue after migrating from an old iMac to a newer one, illustrator (CS6) couldn't find some fonts, after comparing fonts available to illustrator between the two systems I found it was getting at least some from the folder /Library/Fonts/Microsoft/ a folder that wasn't carried over through the migration process; Copying that entire folder over fixed the missing font problem for me.
