Missing scroll bar and certain items are not appearing on dropdown.

Hi There,

As you can see from the below image, the scroll bar does not appear. Additionally, when I open a drop-down menu, certain items will be cut off. This is only a problem when I use my 2nd monitor. I've checked the graphic settings and the resolution is set to 1920x1080 and the size of text, apps, and other items are set to 100%. The settings seem to be fine. I'm also using a PC. 

I'm hoping to get this resolved!!
