missing workspace panel

hi

i am using version 27.9. sometimes when i start the illustrator the workspace is missing. for that case i restart the illustrator. sometimes it will comeback after single restart but sometimes it will take the number of times restart. is there any solution

The homescreen?

The tools?

Everything - so you just have a black screen?

At the right side there are usually not the tools. The tools panel is on the left side. On the right side there are the panels.

What happens when you create a new document? Do they appear?
