Mockup feature won't work (greyed out)

Hi all, I'm trying to use the new Beta feature "Mockup" but it's greyed out. I've followed the same steps as someone in a youTube video but mine doesn't work.

Any ideas of what could be wrong? Image type etc?

Why won't the mockup function work?? There's no pictures to use like it says. I click my vector and then go to mock up and click make and nothing happens.

Mine won't even load the new mockup feature. I pay the same as everyone else. Why won't it load for me to use?!!

I restarted computer and program. It just hangs on 3% and never loads. Very disappointing. Do we know a number I can call to get this resolved?

Did you get a real answer. I am also trying a simple logo in the original AI file on one layer and the option is greyed out.

I figured it out. You have to create a mask on your object first. Kind of like how you would prep a logo for a decal or sticker with a cut line. Once it has a clipping mask on your entire art layer it will endable mock-up

it doen't seam to be there juts yet anyways.. if you have a complex lable Ai can't handle it. this add on is for small etsy users and home brew tshirt mock ups.. hopefully in a year they can get it up to speed.. it doesn't like multipul clipping masks i'm noticing, or graphic styles.. pretty cool to know this is something that they're working on
