Modify Text size but Drop Shadow stays the same?

Hello,

I will try my best to describe the problem,

So basically I wrote something and then I added a Drop Shadow effect to the text,

But then I modified the size of the text, which made the Drop Shadow move too.

Is there a way for the Drop Shadow not to change when I modify the text size?

As I (mis)understand it, you can untick Scale Strokes & Effects in different places including the General Preferences.

Instead of a Dropshadow effect, you could add another blurred fill and change the size and position of the upper fill with a Transform effect.
