Move Guides with Artboards

Question

I would love to suggest the feature that we can choose to automatically move guides with Artboards. I have had so many times when I had to add more Artcboards, then use Rearrange Artboards. all my guides are now off — unless I first unlock guides and select them, too which is awkward. Simply adding a checkbox to Artboard Options for "Move Guides with Artboard" would be a simple solution without wrecking the UI.

If you drag guides from the ruler with any tool other than the Artboard tool, the guides are global across all artboards.
Switch to the Artboard tool, select an artboard, then drag a guide from the rulers. This will create a guide only on that artboard, and will move with it.
