Moving Objects with Arrow Keys

I was able to move objects with the arrow keys instead of using the mouse.  Now that feature seems to be gone and I have not upgraded.  Is there a fix for this?

I just updated to Illustrator 25.0.1 on Windows 10 and on macOS (Catalina-10.15.7), and I'm able to use the arrow keys to nudge on both of them. I did find that someone had reported this issue a few years ago on Uservoice. You might want to add a comment there with additional details because it doesn't seem to be a common issue.

You might check in Preferences and see to what value your Keyboard Increment is set.

I am in Illustrator 2020 and this version is new to me.  I am not able to find the keyboard increment in preferences anywhere.  Would you be able to help me with this?
