how it can be done on illustrator cs6?

Use a brush.

Art brush or pattern brush should work both.

it will be help but if i have a curve with the stroke it will not  go with curve perfectly

from appearance panel, you can add more than a stroke, please note the width of the stroke to avoid if they are covered each other.
