My files are disappearing from the cloud!

A moment ago I opened in Illustrator 1 of 4 files stored in the cloud, and when I opened it, I saw for a moment that before opening, it disappeared from the containing folder and then it showed it in the application, but when I returned to the folder, it was gone! and the same happened with the other 3 files, all stored in the cloud... they have disappeared! and it has not placed them outside or “somewhere”... What's wrong? This has never happened to me before... and they are work files....

I closed the application and reopened it and they are not in the folder, or out of the folder.

It is Illustrator 29.2.1
Mac Sonoma 14.7.3 (23H417)

Good to hear you can access them that way. What is causing this?  I don't know the answer to that. To be on the safe side, always keep local copies of your files.

Can you check if they are visible  here:

https://www.adobe.com/files/cloud-documents

If so, try to download them.

Hello, @Ton Frederiks .

Yes, my files are in the link, and I was able to download and open them correctly, thanks! = )

But, they are still deleted when I want to access them from Illustrator.

What could be causing this anomaly, and what to do to fix it?

I have a certain amount of files saved in the Illustrator cloud, and this kind of surprises... are not the most pleasant ones.

Thanks Tom.

I understand, thanks Tom.

One last question: is there any e-mail, website, menu within the software... “some way” to report this anomaly, where there is preferably some feedback?
