My Illustrator has been frozen when I open files

My Ilustratior program has been no response
and It occurs when I make new files or open other files.

Following a circulation guide on website,
I'd already set the font types as english,
restarting and restoring the program but still not working.

Anyone knows how to it?

Have you tried resetting the Adobe Illustrator Preferences file?
