My illustrator is not working after I updated to windows 10. Can someone tell me the reason?

The exact version of Illustrator.
What exactly is not working? Is it like you are unable to select tools, tools are missing, it's greyed out? Could you please share a few more details, if possible please share a screenshot of the issue that you are facing.
