My logo disappears when I export as png or jpeg.....

What Up Community,

I created a logo in illustrator, but when I go to export as png or jpeg, the entire logo dissapears. Even the background dissapears. I tried changing the color mode, I checked the attributes, the layer options, and nothing is working for me. Can someone assist me with this problem!
