my screen layout in Illustrator changed so the top bar is gone?

While working, I hit something that made all the pallets disappear and the top bar of Illustrator, not the document, which had info in it, is also gone. I cannot get it back??? I used to be able to figure this out, but can't get it back...

Window > Control? Or Window > Workspace > Essentials Classic?

Did you maybe hit the tab key by mistake?
