You need to enable rasterization of unsupported features or manualyl rasterize the layers. Apparently you created a complex gradient or Glow and these things can only be expressed as pixel data.

As Mylenium alludes, your glowing points of light rely on transparency and blend modes, and can only be rendered to screen as rasters. To get the same appearance in a browser as you're seeing in Illustrator, you'll likely have to just rasterize the whole thing. You'll still be able to export it as SVG, but there's no point or adavantage in doing that.

I think the SVG standard would support blend modes. And the blur could be achieved with an SVG effect. So in theory this could work, but might need some extra coding.
