Hello,
Posting this again I hope I embedded the images right this time. I am having an issue possibly by the way I am exporting my art work. I have created an 8x10 and 5x7 art work piece. When I am on the CVS or Walgreens online service to print photos, an error appears advising me that it does not support my type of photo(s). I have checked the size and that its an JPEG so I am not sure what the issue is, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have added the export settings I am using and the error I am getting on the CVS site. I plan on selling this on Etsy so it would also be great in case any customer runs into this.
In AI: artboard size is 184.32 px X 230.4 px to export with 300 ppi as an 8x10
other artboard size is 115.2px X 161.28 px to export with 300 ppi as a 5x7 not sure if this is needed just giving extra info
You can change the document color mode when exporting.
Or you use File > Document color mode > RGB - this would allow you to adjust colors before exporting if needed. Both methods will use whatever color management settings you have set up.

They can probably not handle CMYK JPEGs.
You could try and ask them.

Ah yes, they only support 8-bit RGB or sRGB. I will export RGB then, do I first have to convert my artboard from CMYK to RGB. Or can I have a CMYK artboard and export RGB?
