Need help with pen tool

Hello everyone, Im facing a problem with the pen tool not being flexible.

when I want to select the white area it goes in stright/up/down direction not in the shape I want.

what is the selution for this problem?

Are there any Snap to... options on in the View menu.

yes in the view menu there is check mark on snap to pixel+snap to point + snap to glyph

Snap to Pixel is your problem, just turn it off.
